Kemar Roofe on the whirlwind Rangers transfer that hasn't sunk in as he names team-mate he'll learn 'so much' from
New Rangers signing Kemar Roofe admits he hasn't had time to get his bearings after a whirlwind transfer.
The striker joined from Anderlecht on Tuesday, signing a four-year deal at Ibrox.
It was a deal that was completed quickly, and the former Leeds United man confessed he's still waiting for it to sink in.
Roofe told Rangers TV : "It's amazing.(Image: Rangers FC)
"Things happened so quickly, so it's difficult to get a perspective of what's really going on.
"But obviously coming here to the training ground to see the environment, seeing all the staff, you realise this is serious.
"Obviously the main goal is to win and get success again.
"As a footballer you want to keep testing yourself and you want to be playing at the biggest clubs possible.
"Unfortunately now with COVID the fans won't be there but when it all gets resolved the atmosphere will be incredible.
"In my past I've been blessed to be able to play in front of the Leeds fans and the Anderlecht fans, now this is another step and it's going to be incredible.
